At GROCERIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
